Top Tier Newswire is an aggregation and analysis service, not an originating news desk. This page states plainly what that means for what you read here.

What we publish

We publish four things: aggregated headlines from third-party publishers with our own AI sentiment score and ticker tags attached; derived datasets built from public records (SEC Form 4 insider filings, US House Periodic Transaction Reports, short interest, earnings dates); daily "why is this stock moving" explainers written from that coverage; and reference material (glossary, methodology).

We do not republish other publishers' article text. Every aggregated headline links out to the original source with attribution, and those outbound links carry rel="nofollow noopener ugc". If you want the story, you read it at the publisher.

Sourcing

Headlines come from publisher RSS feeds, Google News sitemaps, publisher news sitemaps, and a small number of sites scraped directly where no feed exists. Filings data comes from SEC EDGAR and the US House Clerk. Prices and fundamentals come from licensed market-data providers. Social posts come from X and Reddit, labelled as such and never presented as reporting.

Every item that reaches the site passes an editorial filter chain that removes non-English copy, wire spam, press-release boilerplate, class-action solicitations, personal-finance advice columns, and coverage with no US-market relevance. That filter is a code artifact, not a person's judgement call, and it is documented in our methodology.

The public delay

Everything on this public site is shown on a deliberate delay behind the live product. That delay applies to headlines, sentiment scores, insider and congressional filings, and the written explainers. It exists because real-time delivery is the paid product. It is stated on every page that carries delayed data, and the current delay is shown inline rather than buried here, so it can never drift out of date on this page.

Independence

We take no payment for coverage, placement, ordering, or sentiment. No publisher, issuer, or investor relations firm can pay to appear on this site, to rank higher in any list, or to have an item removed. We hold no positions we surface as recommendations, because we make no recommendations at all: nothing here is financial advice, and every ranked or scored surface is a research signal with its method published.
